Depending on the service you use, this can include account details, business profile information, leads, appointments, call metadata, AI call summaries and recordings when recording is enabled.

How it is used

We use information to provide Visoa AI, authenticate users, configure business workflows, support customers, improve reliability and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Service providers

We may use technology providers such as Google, Supabase, Vapi and other hosting, communications or payment providers needed to deliver the service. Their processing is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and control

Data is kept only as needed for the service, support, security and legal obligations. Business customers should only upload or record information they are authorized to process.
